Our Model and Methodology
IntroductionRanking MethodologyMeasures, Weights and DirectionMeasures Selection and ChangesData SourcesDisparity Measurement MethodologyAmerica’s Health Rankings reports are guided by Advisory Committees that convene periodically to maintain currency in the field and incorporate new or improved measures and methodologies. Advisory Committee members consist of public health practitioners, state health officials, researchers, academics and clinicians.
In addition to the report committees, an Advisory Council advises on the role of the America's Health Rankings platform as a source of information and insights to promote discussions of current and emerging public health issues and provide continuity across reports.
